While immersed in everyday routines, I view the world from within a cocoon – a haven of tranquillity. When forced to leave the cocoon and face reality, I perceive the world as a cold and strange place that carries no existential meaning. Paradoxically, I do not let myself get overwhelmed with anxiety and try to find comfort in the uncomfortable. By letting my eye wander around subjects that reflect this ambivalent state of mind, I turn them into the visual poetry of life.
