Returns Policy

All products are checked by hand before shipping. We do not take returns unless a product is proven to be faulty from the supplier, Nor do we take responsibility for any damage to the product received in transit. This should be taken up with the couriers firm. By reading this, you accept these conditions.

We accept returns if you have ordered the wrong product, or if you dislike the product, however they must be returned, unopened, in the original packaging with all accompanying items as described on the website.

Conditions of Return

Item(s) should be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Make sure the item is not damaged, marked or visibly worn. Do not wash your item(s) or attempt to change them in any way.

The UK Consumer Contract Regulations advise that you have 14 days in which you can cancel your contract for your order in order to receive a full refund including your postage to get the item to you. Our policy is that returns are accepted within 14 days, after this they shall not be accepted in any scenario.
